Back-to-School time will be here before we know it. Give your child a great start and join Third Street Family Health Services for our annual block party! We're giving away backpacks with school supplies, door prizes, food, and much more! We have entertainment for the whole family and we are offering affordable, income-based wellness checks and immunizations.
