Learn how to use questions to inspire “High Order Critical Thinking” with your staff. This method is also useful in other areas of your life! You will learn how to help inspire yourself and others in coming up with proactive solutions.
Both Scott Kent and Doug Jackson have been training with STARTEK for over 5 years. They have been working on ways to improve facilitation and make training more impactful for many years. This led them to creating “Warrior Way”, a facilitation platform that can be applied to training, coaching and development and recruiting.
