Description
Need to hire new employees, but worried about cost? Area 10 Workforce Board offers funding to support On-the-Job Training. The funds assist your business with wages for new hires as they gain entry level skills in the position.
Maybe you are seeking continued education and training for your current employees but need to offset the cost? Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) training funds can provide your current employees with the skills they need to keep moving forward.
Both of these programs are administered locally, and can be used for skills and training partners that you identify. Join us for lunch on September 22, and learn about how you can utilize these programs to benefit your business.
