Description
Prince Igor comes to life when 120 talented instrumentalists share the stage as the MSO and Mansfield Symphony Youth Orchestra open the concert with best-loved classics from Russian Masters like Rimsky-Korsakov and Borodin. The concert culminates with selected students joining the MSO in an over-the-top performance of Tchaikovsky’s fast and furious Fourth Symphony. Join us at 7 PM in the Renaissance Ballroom for the free "Symphony Chat" with music historian and enthusiast Mark Sebastian Jordan, who shares insights on the composers and pieces on the concert.
