John Moser, associate professor of history at Ashand University, will present "Captain America and the Dilemma of Liberal Patriotism"in the Conard Performance Hall in Riedl Hall at the OSU Mansfield campus. This free presentation is associated with the Big Read, a program of the National Endowments for the Arts in partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Arts Midwest.
