Description
Join Richland Soil and Water Conservation District to learn about what a Rain Garden and Rain Barrel are, the benefits of each and how to design a Rain Garden and assemble a Rain Barrel. Participants will receive native plant recommendations for a Rain Garden and installation and maintenance instructions for a Rain Barrel. Register for both workshops by March 31. The Rain Garden Workshop will kick off the evening at 6:00 p.m. and will be followed by Rain Barrels. The Rain Garden Workshop is Free and the Rain Barrel Workshop is $75 The Rain Barrel Workshop cost includes Barrel, Diverter, Spigot, and Inlet (bring cordless drill, if you have one, and vehicle large enough to take completed barrel after workshop.)
