Walter Bonham of the Food Lab will be giving the history behind eating Soul Food, and tell a little about himself while doing a soul food cooking demonstration. The menu includes Blackened Chicken Leg Quarters, Black-eyed Peas, Collard Greens, Mac and Cheese, and Cornbread, Join him to prepare a soul food meal at go.osu.edu/soulfood2021.
