Description
A part of our year-long Stephen King Film Festival, a screening of "The Shining" will take place on December 13, 2018. Prior to the film at 6:30 PM, Tony Magistrale will give a lecture about the film from the stage. Tickets just $5, General Admission. The Stephen King Film Festival is presented thanks to funding from Charles P. Hahn, Cleveland Financial with guest speakers provided by the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library. Tony Magistrale is professor of English at the University of Vermont. He is the author of twenty books, including the first book to analyze the film adaptations of Stephen King’s work. Tony and Ashland University’s Maura Grady co-authored the recently published THE SHAWSHANK EXPERIENCE.
